We want you to love your purchase from DRAPED! Unfortunately, at this time returns or exchanges are not permitted, unless the item(s) is defective upon arrival. To initiate a return or exchange of a defective item, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@drapedstore.com. You will be responsible for all costs associated with sending the item(s) back to us. Once we receive the item(s), we will process your refund or exchange once we can confirm the item(s) is defective.

Shipping Policy
At DRAPED, we are dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, standard shipping rates apply. All standard shipping orders are shipped via USPS, and you can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days. If you need your order faster, we also offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. we are not responsible for any shipping delays that occur on behalf of the carrier. all orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days of placing the order. We carefully package all items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If for any reason your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@drapedstore.com within 3 DAYS of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you.
